Petit Filet of Beef - 6 oz. Petite Beef Tenderloin Filet (prepared medium-rare) with Sautéed Mushroom Demi-Glace served with Herb Potato Gratin.

Chicken Piccata - Boneless Breast of Chicken lightly sautéed and topped with a Light Lemon Caper Sauce served with Smoked Tomato Risotto.

If you have special dietary needs, please specify in the Notes field.  We will try to accommodate if possible or offer a refund if we cannot.)

Celebrating Three Quarters of a Century of Commissionings at the Tulane NROTC Unit

All classes are invited to attend. The cost is $55 per person. The attire is business attire (coat and tie) or corresponding military uniform. A large turnout is expected so please RSVP by 15 October.
