Rear Admiral, USN (Ret.)
RADM Schumann was commissioned from the Tulane NROTC Unit in 1944. He was a native of New Orleans but settled in his later years in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He achieved the rank of Rear Admiral in the reserves. For more information on his life, please visit his obituary.
