Frank Marcel Laboureur , age 57, a resident of New Orleans, LA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2011, surrounded by family and friends. Born in Deinze, Belgium, Frank came to the United States at the age of 18 months with his parents, the late Jacques Louis Laboureur and Yvette D’haene Laboureur. He was raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated from Northside High School. Upon graduation from Tulane University, Frank was commissioned through NROTC in the United States Navy and served for four years. He returned to New Orleans in 1981 where he was Regional Claims Manager for AIG. Frank was a member of the Tally-Ho Club and the Southern Yacht Club. His love of fishing, good food and fine wine was surpassed only by that of enjoying it all with family and friends. All will miss his caring attitude and thoughtfulness.
